Riverwood Tech Campus is a high tech campus in the former Eastman Kodak marketing education center.   The Tech park sits on a 76 acre campus consisting of 4 buildings, an enclosed food truck pavilion, hiking trails and a boat dock.  The campus building were fully renovated and Monroe Piping & Sheet Metal was responsible for the complete design and installation of the HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems.
