Phil is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction at Monroe Piping & Sheet Metal. Within finance, he guides the controller, accounting, tax, and internal audit functions to pursue the company’s growth strategy and meet its clients’ expectations. Phil started his career at Monroe Piping & Sheet Metal in 1986 at the controller and became the CFO shortly after. In 2016 Phil became the President and CEO of Monroe Piping & Sheet Metal. Phil holds a degree in accounting and is a registered CPA.
Troy is responsible for managing the plan-spec construction, estimating, and service departments. Troy has more than 20 years of experience the mechanical contracting industry, with a background in project management and estimating. Troy holds a bachelor’s degree in business from St. John Fisher.
Brian is responsible for managing our design-build, fabrication, and CAD departments. Brian began his career in 2001 as a plumbing and HVAC engineer for a consulting engineering firm in Columbus, Ohio. In 2006, Brian started as a project manager for a large mechanical contractor in Columbus, Ohio. He moved back to Rochester to join MPSM in 2012 where he had once worked as a college intern. Brian holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Dayton. Brian is a licensed professional engineer, LEED certified, and holds a Master Plumbing license.
