The second location for NYBP, the 15,700 square foot space is the newest part of the High Point Development. Monroe Piping & Sheet Metal was responsible the complete design and installation for the HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems this project.  The space includes an indoor beer garden, a gastropub, three bars, outdoor patio, a production brewery, and a rooftop terrace.
